1. The Proof of Concept Protocol Submitting a Figma file does not guarantee I will accept the test build. I reserve the right to reject any submission if the design is incomplete, malicious, or falls outside the scope of my Bricks Builder architecture.
2. Intellectual Property You retain 100% ownership of your Figma designs. I retain 100% ownership of the Bricks Builder code, DOM structure, and CSS generated during the test build. You are strictly prohibited from scraping, exporting, or deploying my test code to a live server without commissioning the full $900 build.
3. No Warranties The test build is a staging-environment demonstration of technical competence. It is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. I am not liable for any delays, data loss, or server interruptions during this evaluation phase.
