Privacy Policy
1. The Standard I am a solo developer. I do not use tracking cookies, I do not run Google Analytics, and I do not sell data. My infrastructure is built to evaluate your technical requirements, not to harvest your personal information.
2. Data Collection & Purpose When you submit a Proof of Concept request, I collect your Agency Name, Technical Contact Email, and a Figma URL. This data is used exclusively to engineer your test build and email you the staging link.
3. Third-Party Infrastructure I do not share your data with marketing agencies. I utilize strictly necessary infrastructure to keep this site secure and functional:
- Cloudflare Turnstile: Used to prevent automated spam on my forms. Turnstile checks browser signals to verify you are human, but it does not drop tracking cookies or store your personal data.
- Email Server / Hosting: Used securely to route your form submission to my direct inbox.
4. Data Retention & Your Rights I keep your email and Figma link only as long as necessary to complete the technical audit or subsequent project. If you want your information wiped from my server, email me at [email protected] and I will delete it permanently within 24 hours. No questions asked.
